GENERAL RULES
§1. No slurs or hate speech.
§2. No sexist, racist, discriminatory, extremist, or otherwise harmful comments.
§3. Do not share private or personal data without the explicit consent of the person concerned.
§4. Do not insult or provoke moderators or staff members.
§5. No aggressive behavior or harassment.
§6. Conflicts with the team must be discussed privately, not publicly.
§7. Threats of any kind (real-life, digital, emotional, etc.) are prohibited.
§8. Use each communication or interaction area only for its intended purpose.
§9. Uploaded images, videos, or media must remain youth-friendly.
§10. Begging for ranks, roles, or special privileges is forbidden.
§11. Minimum age for joining the VTC or participating in its services is 13+.
§12. No political or religious debates to avoid unnecessary conflict.
§13. Follow staff instructions immediately when given.
§14. Use common sense—if you think something might be a problem, don’t do it.

(applies to any text-based communication platform used by the VTC)
§1. Do not unnecessarily mention or tag members or staff.
§2. Advertising is not allowed.
§3. Any image, screenshot, or media you upload through our platforms may be used on the VTC website or promotional materials (by uploading it, you grant permission).
§4. Avoid spamming messages, emojis, or reactions.
§5. Use English or the platform’s main language unless otherwise stated.
VOICE CHANNEL RULES

(applies to any voice-enabled platform used by the VTC)
§1. No recording voices without permission.
§1.1 Drives or events may be recorded; by participating, you consent to your voice potentially being used (e.g., in YouTube videos).
§2. Bots and automated tools may not be exploited or misused.
§3. Soundboards are allowed but should not be overused.
§4. Avoid loud background noises whenever possible.
§4.1 If unavoidable, please use push-to-talk.
§5. Microphone abuse is prohibited.
§6. Keep conversations friendly and avoid interrupting or talking over others.

§1. Be nice and respectful to all players.
§2. No speeding beyond the defined rules of the event or the game.
§3. Do not abuse the horn.
§4. Follow traffic rules during convoys unless instructed otherwise.
§5. Keep a safe distance from other players to avoid collisions.
DRIVE / EVENT RULES
DRIVE / EVENT RULES
§1. The event planner has the highest authority during the drive.
§1.1 The organizer may remove participants from an event for misbehavior.
§1.2 Only the CEO and COO outrank the organizer.
§1.3 Default hierarchy:
CEO ← COO ← Organizer ← Event-Team ← Staff ← Drivers
§2. Follow convoy instructions immediately to prevent disruptions, as long as they comply with TMP rules.
§3. No overtaking unless explicitly permitted.
§4. Stay in your position/slot unless instructed otherwise or if no positions are assigned.
§5. Please try to join events on time.
FINAL NOTES
These rules apply across all platforms used by our VTC, including in-game events, TMP pages, forums, websites, and communication services.
Not knowing the rules does not protect you from consequences.
