Molecular signature of postmortem lung tissue from COVID-19 patients

We find 2 distinct models of lung pathology in severe COVID-19 patients that can be identified through the status of the complement activation, presence of specific cytokines, and a characteristic microbiome. This information can be used to design personalized therapy to treat COVID-19

Using routine clinical parameters from patient blood at the time of admission, we predicted the progression of COVID-19 with ~90% accuracy.

Sorting papers based on how they have been perceived by the Scientific community. This opens possibilities of future optimization for unbiased vetting and consumption of unpublished scientific literature

In early 2020, we parsed existing single datasets from appropriate human tissues to explore which cell types in different organs would be most susceptible to Covid-19 infection
