Why I became a Hypnotist & Wellness Coach
I had a very successful business career, but over the years, I was too busy for self-care. I came last. After finding a wise consulting hypnotist who helped me reprogram my mind. It gave me the focus & clarity to automatically choose healthy habits that supported my weight loss journey. I learned how to make small changes everyday that created success over time. I lost 125 lbs within 2 years.
I must share this gift!
I am eternally thankful for my hypnotist, Sylia Gay & other inspirational wellness professionals for their help & kindness. It will be an honor to work with you on your wellness journey, Linda B.
