SIGN UP LINKS
Thank you very much for signing up for adult on duty (AOD) and our largest fundraising activities. Supporting and sharing in these activities across cast and crew is what allows us to continue to offer this program for free to all who want to be part of our amazing community. We greatly appreciate all of your help and support. Below are a few guidelines for the AOD and also information regarding dinners and concessions.
Each family participating in the summer musical is expected to sign up to be AOD for at least one rehearsal. If you have multiple family members in the cast, it may be that you need to serve as AOD on multiple nights.
AODs are responsible for helping supervise the cast members during rehearsals.
AODs should arrive about 10 minutes before rehearsal begins so that they can set up ice water in the cloister for cast and crew members to fill their water bottles (we do not provide cups).
AODs are responsible for making sure that ice water is replenished as needed throughout the rehearsal.
AODs are responsible for providing a healthy snack for cast and crew members. Please plan to bring enough snack for about 50 people. Some healthy snack ideas are: fresh fruit, vegetable trays and dip, cheese and crackers, small sandwiches, pita bread with hummus, etc. Please plan to provide vegetarian and nut free options.
AODs should serve the snack in the cloister area when the director calls for a snack break (usually around 7:45 but TBD each night) After snack, the AOD should make sure that the snack area and kitchen are clean and all items used in the snack preparation are washed and returned to appropriate cupboard(s).
When rehearsal has ended, AODs must stay until all cast members have been picked up. Parents have been advised to pick up youth from the cloister, not the parking lot. Please keep youth inside the church until picked up by parent or designee.
If you sign up to be AOD during show week when cast members are wearing costumes, please be sure to avoid any messy/drippy snacks - no watermelon, salsa, dips, etc.
Each family is expected to support dinner service before the show and concessions sales which is are the primary fundraising which makes our show possible.:

Pre-Show/Intermission Tasks:
Volunteers will sell grams to dinner guests and in Fellowship Hall where non-dinner guests will be congregating as they wait to be seated. Purchased grams and attached candy will be passed to staff for distribution to cast/crew after the show. Assist with pre-show and intermission sales
Intermission/Clean Up Tasks:
Volunteers will set up lemonade and water stations, as well as snack and merch sale stations. Support sales during intermission. Clean up post intermission nightly.
