"I started my health journey in mid 2024 and given that the gym had never been part of my life, I decided to start things off on the right foot. I joined the gym and inquired about a personal trainer. Alyssa Maric came highly recommended by the gym and she does not disappoint!! Alyssa’s training approach with her clients is warm, welcoming, supportive yet strategic, focused, engaging and encouraging. To date, I have had over 25 personal training sessions with Alyssa and each one of them has proven its value and driven me to repeatedly want her guidance and to have her by my side.
