Guiding Question:
As a K12 Teacher Librarian (and President of the Oregon Association of School Libraries), my initial guiding question is:
What does literacy and resource acquisition look like in Peru?
Does Peru's K12 school system employ the equivalent of Teacher Librarians for systemic instructional literacy impact (priority standards = reading advocacy, information literacy and research, digital citizenship & technology integration)?
What access do Peruvian students have to wifi, technology and chromebooks for learning and amplifying voice?
