Hi all! We are the Tasinas Family, and we live in Webster, NY (Suburbs of Rochester, about an hour from Buffalo). 

Our son Apollo is 9 and has been skating since he was 4! He's starting his first year of Squirts with the Rochester Jr. Americans AA team. He loves everything about the sport and cheers on our local AHL team (also the Rochester Americans) as well as the Buffalo Sabres. 

Neither of us played hockey so this was a whole new world for us that we have grown to love and embrace. 

When Apollo isn’t on the ice he also enjoys playing lacrosse, pickup football in the yard with his friends, video games, and hanging with his 4 pets.
