The purpose of this site is to provide resources on strength, conditioning, movement and rehabilitation technqiues specifc to the mission and vision of the FTC, 120th AG BN (REC). The intended audience is for FTC Drill Sergeants but limited resources may be shared with discretion.
To physically, mentally, and psychologically prepare Trainees/Soldiers to return to training after successful rehabilitation and/or reconditioning.

This includes all aspects of medical non-training Trainees/Soldiers, sick in quarters (SIQ), Soldiers taking convalescent leave prior to entering the Reception Holding Unit, Soldiers/Trainees undergoing medical boards, etc.
Trainees swiftly and effectively integrate back into BCT and AIT.
Cadre fully support Trainees’ chances of success in graduating BCT and progressing to AIT.
Cadre own exceptional skills in building Trainees’ physical, mental, and psychological fitness to become the best versions of themselves beyond IET.
