Guidelines

• Presentation must be prepared in MS PowerPoint with a maximum of 10 slides and saved in .ppt & .pdf format

• Keep the font sizes large & readable and do not crowd the slides with excessive text

• Font style and slide design can be of your own choice

• Can add short videos or animations in their presentation

• Presentations (PPT & PDF) should be submitted through the link https://forms.gle/7hypwpkjHmdBN4Lo8 on or before 15.03.2022.

• After which the link will be disabled

• The total time allotted is 15 minutes, 10 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for discussion

• Certificate will be awarded only to the author who is making the presentation

• Best Oral Presentation will be awarded for each theme

General Instructions

• College ID card is prerequisite for registration and attending the offline sessions

• Attendance is mandatory for the entire two days session (online & offline) for availing the participation certificate

• Please arrive in the presenting room (online/offline) before the start of your session

• Please make every effort to ensure that your presentation is timed to fit with your allotted time slot in the conference

• Kindly check and make sure that your presentations are working properly one day prior to start of the session

• The offline participants are strictly instructed to adhere COVID SoP provided by the Government of Tamil Nadu

• Pictorial representation is preferred

• You may need to present your poster for 4-5 minutes if jury interrogate

• Certificate will be awarded only to the presenting author

• Best Poster Presentation will be awarded for each theme
