The system should gather data from the MoTeC and simultaneously display it on an external screen and log it in a text file.
1. The system should get data from the MoTeC. And be able to read and manipulate it on the RPi.
2. The display should contain an easy to read GUI that is easy for the driver to read out of his/her/their peripheral vision. The code should be fairly easy to change to facilitate easy modification to accommodate for driver feedback.
3. The system should also log the data it captures from the motec in a text file. Then, the system should allow a user to connect to the Pi via bluetooth and import the logged data wirelessly.
