Fruitful First was founded on the fundamental pattern of a father/son relationship.  In order for a man to become a father, he must first learn how to be a son.  Jesus, likewise, changed men and women’s lives right where they were, i.e. on a boat, in a house, on the path.  If the church is not the place where these young people can explore and find God, then maybe our approach should change.  Maybe we should change.  Our vision is to challenge over a 1,000 young people a year to find community and faith in God: through basketball, through father-son (daughter) mentoring relationships, and through hope in the Lord of all.  Everyone is welcome.  We don’t charge anyone who wants to join us in this movement of God.
