Born a human child (now towering at 6-foot-8 inches tall) but orphaned, Tallon was raised by a kindly group of Dwarves who took him in as their own. This particular clan balanced their devotion to hard work and craftmanship with a benign appreciation of humor.

Tallon was told, and none would contradict him, that he is in fact a Dwarf. But as a wee lad he was struck by lightning when testing some special armor on a stormy night - and this made him grow so tall. This also put him on his Stormborn path - so who is to argue?

Tallon is proficient in stonework/masonry, carpentry, metalsmithing/armor-making, and has been pillar of the communities he joins - assisting in the rebuilding of Phandalin, Leilon and other places damaged by conflict.
