We are a neighborhood church in Summit Lake that started because of the passion of Duane and Lisa Crabbs, who founded South Street Ministries and began our church's journey. We were a "church without walls" until we found ourselves with buildings - twice. Our church is technically non-denominational, but it is probably better described as multi-denominational. We welcome diversity within our walls in every sense of the word, and if you can embrace our rough edges, you may find a church home with us. Many of our congregants live in Summit Lake as neighbors: some through deliberate relocation. We are a collaborative, team-based church of servants, and on any given Sunday you may get to worship with different musical styles and hear a sermon from one of our preaching team members. Inspired by CCDA (Christian Community Development Association), we are centered on the Biblical teachings of Jesus while embracing the call to reconciliation, redistribution, and relocation as we live out the mission of our founders: "Unlikely partners taking shared risks to renew our community for Christ's sake."
