No, it is not in my scope of practice to diagnose or prescribe. However, I know that action plans like these work the best when they are created and led by the patient. I can help you explore every avenue of eating habits, movement, etc., so you can decide what feels the best to you.
Coaching and therapy work very well together but are different professions with different resources and training. Therapy can take a deep dive into personal history and emotions to help work through things that haven’t been resolved yet. Coaching acknowledges personal experiences and emotions, helps people explore how it affects their choices, and finds ways to move forward with the changes they want.
