Project Mariposa
Project Mariposa is a two year series of art projects honoring the monarch butterfly, its symbolism, and its significance in our environment. Through our collaborative work with the El Paso Museum of Archeology, the El Paso Museum of History, Reynolds Home, Monte Vista Memory Care Unit, and more, we provide instruction using open-ended art forms including collage, sculpture, mixed media painting, and more.
Project Esperanza
This project is aptly named Esperanza because the aim to is provide hope and joy to youth who do not have access to permanent housing. Project Esperanza is done in collaboration with area shelters that provide temporary housing to unhoused youth and families. Participants receive hands-on experience in various types of art and foundational language and literacy support.
