STREAMING PASS
Similiar to Apple Music, to stream on korean sites you have to buy streaming passes. These passes let you stream/download music for up to 30 days. Prices for streaming passes vary depending on which app you want to stream on.
DIFFERENT STREAMING PLATFORMS
MelOn
MelOn is a South Korean online music store and music streaming service. MelOn has a chart system mostly based on unique listeners. It’s very hard to chart on Melon, but we still should work hard.
Genie
Charting on Genie is important to win on music shows. It’s easy to use and the streaming pass is affordable. We should focus on charting here. + Using a free streaming pass doesn’t help a song to chart !!
Bugs
Bugs has the least amount of users, so it is easier to chart.
Soribada
Soribada is not a main chart anymore, but charting here does count in the criteria for some music shows.
FLO
FLO has the same charting system as MelOn. Songs here chart based on cumulative streams every 24 hours
VIBE
