Arrival times and pickup times are listed below for all performance days. Dancers need to arrive in their first costume, with their hair and makeup done. 

Junior dancers have 2 performances on stage at NACC. Senior dancers have 3 performances on stage at NACC. It is important that dancers are prompt, and arrive ready to go on stage. All shows are mandatory. 

• What to arrive IN: 

  • Their first costume

  • Hair done, and stage makeup on
    
    

• What to BRING:

  • All other costumes in their garment bag

  • Finale T-shirt (labeled with their name please!)

  • All shoes (labeled with their name please!)

  • A water bottle (labeled with their name please!)
    
    

• What NOT to BRING: 

  • Extra clothes, shoes, toys, etc.... There are a LOT of people at the theatre and things get easily lost!
    
    

• Important Notes:

  • All dancers pickup times are the same, as all dancers participate in the finale at the end of the show. 

  • Dancers MUST be checked out from their group volunteer - please don't take them out of the dressing area without signing them out. 

  • There are NO regularly scheduled classes running during recital week. (The last day of scheduled classes at BDA before the show will be Saturday May 31st)

  • Your dancer's call times and pickup times will also be listed on their costume tag. 

  • Your dancer will put their FINALE T-SHIRT overtop of their last costume.
