2) Game/activity ideas
Make cards with names of pairs of things that go together (like peanut butter & jelly, macaroni & cheese) – include cards saying “God’s Love” & “Us.” Use these cards to play concentration to find the pairs.
Decorate stones with messages about God’s forever love and put them in visible places near your sidewalk or take some with you and leave them in appropriate places as you go for walks.
Find other creative ways to share the Good News of God’s forever love. Decorate a small (pocketsize) stone to remind you that God is always with you; then carry it with you.
3) Check out these fun facts:
Over 7,000 languages exist on earth; portions of the Bible have been translated into over 3,300 of these languages. The Jesus Film Project has translated the “Jesus” film (based on the gospel of Luke) into over 1,800 languages.
Limpets are aquatic snails noted for their ability to cling to rocks with their strong muscular foot. This makes it almost impossible for the ocean waves or predators to pull them off. God’s love is stronger than limpets – nothing can separate you from God’s love!
