Wellness Room

Enter the doorway to your wellness.

There you will find resources and activities to reclaim your inner peace.

On this site, you will find examples of mindfulness, which is the maintenance of moment by moment awareness of our thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and surrounding environment, through a gentle, nurturing lens. You are also welcome to visit our resources page, where we share helpful sites; our activities page, where exercises for relaxation and meditation are shared and our social justice page, which provides interesting insights into maintaining a healthy mental state.

We also would like to know how much help we are providing with our webpage, therefore prepared a short survey for this purpose. We would appreciate it if you could help us to improve our page by filling out a short quick survey here. Your submissions will absolutely be anonymous, no personal data will be collected. Thank you for your time.
