Housing Developments

Port Sunlight River Park is surrounded by former industrial areas. The Park itself is a former landfill site. 

But things change. There are some new industrial units and the Ship Wharf is still busy. 

But the main change has been housing. Hundreds of home have already been built, as can be seen in the photo, with plans approved for the area in the center of the picture.

As part of this development, a pathway will be created from the park to Bromborough.
