Thoughts from Members

  • I became a Member so that I could feel like I was more of a part of our community. I ended up taking an office on the board because I was so excited about getting other people involved in helping to continue the enrichment of the amazing FREE resource of our public library! - Amy T

  • Having worked in the Jackson School District for 33 years, and having lived in Jackson for the past 12 years, I saw becoming involved with the Friends as a way of continuing to be involved and also a way to give back to the community. I never thought it would also be such fun and a great way to make new friends. - Rochelle B

  • Because I had other friends in the organization and thought the Jackson Friends of the Library could benefit from my skills at fundraising. - Carol A
