We are a dedicated team but we have a very lighthearted team dynamic. A team meeting is usually filled with jokes, innuendo, and fun anecdotes dispersed throughout serious conversations on deliverables. We meet constantly and always have new thoughts on the table, often surprising ourselves with how much thought we put into this project.
