Milestone 1
1.1) Customer/User List
As our only customer would be a branch or multiple branches of the armed forces, we have, made more of a distinction between users. Our main users consist of two distinct groups which require different, but overlapping functionalities. These groups are:
1- Infantrymen: This group is our primary concern, as it consists of the actual operators of the identification equipment, and the ones whom it will impact most directly.
2- Officers: This group is our secondary focus, as commanding officers are typically removed from battlefield operations and will not be directly using the equipment, simply utilizing the data it provides.
