Is the product/service, as it stands, suitable for the target market?
Or will we have to rethink the entire strategy from A to Z?
There are two possible scenarios:
1. The product/service, imported as it is, meets a need and corresponds to the expectations of the target(s). The strategy will still have to be adapted, but this will only involve a few adjustments (communication-localization, legal, packaging, etc.)
2. Sometimes, the task will be a little more delicate. Don't worry; I am here for you! We'll design a new business and communication strategy that echoes French cultural specificities, helping you succeed in your French implementation!
