Aller is an irregular verb and has a very specific conjugation.
je vais
tu vas
il / elle / iel / on va
nous allons
vous allez
ils / elles / iels vont
And here are 2 little songs to remember the conjugation.
Note: don't say final S or T!
Attention: the verb "allez" always needs a destination in French. You can just say "I go", you have to go somewhere and therefore say "I go to...".
Aller tends to use the preposition "à", which is one of those prepositions that change (à, au, à l', aux) depending on the gender of what is following.
je vais à la maison
I go home.
However, certain destination or positions take other preposition, such as "chez" for someone's place or "en" /"sur"/"dans" in certain cases.
Ils vont chez Anna.
They are going to Anna's.
Nous allons en classe.
We are going to class.
Elle va sur le campus.
She is going to the campus.
