As a parent, I was thrilled when Sohan and Kanav (Free Virtual Tutoring) offered to teach my 5th grader math over the weekends. It was especially important because my son was home due to the pandemic and learning through online school which was not the same as in person learning. We knew he was going to miss out on some concepts they would have covered during the school year. Sohan and Kanav were not only reviewing some 5th grade concepts, they were also introducing some 6th grade concepts.
The class is very well organized, starts on time and keeps my son engaged. He actually looks forward to the Sunday classes. They also send the slides after the classes so my son can review what was covered during class and solve the practice problems.
Great initiative by the 2 high schoolers! Kudos. I would recommend this class to anyone who would like their kids to learn some extra math in a fun manner.

My son enjoys Free Virtual Tutoring class alot. Sohan and Kanav do a great job. They are very calm and patient to walk students from concept to concept. They explain and simplify math problems very well and are willing to answer all questions. They even encourage students to ask questions and offer private tutor hours for homework or any questions. On top of that, they are very fun to work with. They have a game at the end of the session called "Kahoot" where students can compete with other members in the class to re-enforce concept student just learnt. This is super helpful, especially students have limited access to teacher during SIP. I highly recommend their class to other students and feel grateful that my son got help. Appreciate your effort, Sohan and Kanav!

I can't say enough how appreciative I am to your group for offering the Math and Computer Science classes to my daughter. Especially during the pandemic, when all learning activities are virtual and not as effective as the traditional learning style, I myself have trouble getting my daughter focus on her study, you have done a great job keeping her engaged in your classes and interested in the topics which are more advanced to her grade level (she is a 4th grader while the math class is supposed to be for 5th graders). The group started with Kanav and Sohan and has quickly grown to include more highschoolers and my daughter is happy with everyone of them. You have set an amazing example of how young people can proactively reach out to others and provide support during the difficult time.
