Free Virtual Tutoring was created in response to the COVID-19 related school closures. Students were having a tough time coping and adjusting, parents were having a tough time homeschooling their students - everything was in shambles. Free Virtual Tutoring was formed as a way for students to catch up during the school closures and academically excel.
Since the beginnings of our service in April, our first math class, we have expanded to more students, more tutors, and more classes. Our goal is to continue proving academic support during these crazy times to help students become the best they can be!
We started off with our math class, but we quickly grew to offer more classes, thanks to our amazing tutors! We started our popular CS classes in May, adding a second session in July. We began to offer our problem solving classes, our first morning class, in July. Throughout the fall, we added Public Speaking and Spanish classes.
