We take PEACEFUL bold action to defend democracy through organized demonstrations, direct calls to legislators, phone banking, voter registration drives, community education, protest rallies, letter-writing campaigns, petition drives, and mobilizing voters to push back against fascist threats. Together, we amplify our voices, hold leaders accountable, and protect the fundamental rights of WE THE PEOPLE.

On Saturday, March 28, FREE Indivisible SWFL will join the nationwide No Kings mobilization to send a clear message: this country does not belong to kings, strongmen, or corrupt billionaires. At a time when Americans are watching the threat of war with Iran grow more dangerous, while ICE raids, killings, family separations, abusive detention conditions, and due process violations continue to spark outrage across the country, many people believe this administration is pushing the limits of constitutional checks, democratic accountability, and basic human decency.
We will gather in Naples, peacefully and proudly, to exercise our First Amendment rights, stand up for democracy and the rule of law, and remind those in power that in the United States, the people, not any would be ruler, hold the power.
We need everyone who cares about the future of our nation and its democracy to join millions participating nationwide.

There will be a collection of non-perishable food for a food drive.
A core principle behind all Free Indivisible events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values and to act lawfully at these events. Weapons of any kind, including those legally permitted, should not be brought to events.
