The A walk, led by Jim, is a circular from Llangollen, about half of which follows Offa's Dyke Path. It starts with the climb up to Castell Dinas Bran then on to Offa's Dyke Path along the Panorama Walk, descending to the Pontcysyllte aqueduct. Offa's Dyke Path continues SE along the canal towpath to Pentre then turns SW where we leave it after 2 miles heading NW uphill on the LLwybr Ceiriog Trail over Craig-y-dduallt and back to Llangollen.

The B route, led by Geoff, is a linear walk from a bus stop on the A539 between Trevor & Trevor Uchaf following the canal to Trevor and over the Pontcysyllte aqueduct and return below the aqueduct back to Trevor. It's then the reverse of the A route W on Offa's Dyke Path along the Panorama Walk and on to Castell Dinas Bryn and Llangollen.

The C route, led by Gay, is a linear walk from a bus stop at Trevor over the Pontcysyllte aqueduct and return below the aqueduct back to Trevor. It then follows the canal towpath all the way to Llangollen.

If it's of interest there's a 2 hour Llangollen Railway ride to Corwen and back at 15:15 which should fit in with a 17:30 departure.
