The A walk, led by Jim, is anticlockwise from Settle. It starts by heading E for 3.8 miles with 1200 ft of ascent past Attermire Scar to the high point of the walk on Kirkby Fell. Then bearing NE it goes via Nappa Cross to Langscar and heads NW then W to Jubilee Cave and NW to Stainforth via Catrigg Force. It's then S via Langcliffe back to Settle. If time is short there's a 1.5 mile shortcut from Upper Winskill to Lancliffe missing out Catrigg Force and Stainforth.

The B walk, led Jayne & Gay, is a walk to 3 waterfalls. Following the Ribble Way the first is Stainforth Force and continuing through Stainforth the second is Catrigg Force. Turning S via Upper Winskill we visit Jubilee and Victoria Caves on the way to Scaleber Force, returning to Settle on High Hill Lane.

The C walk, led by Danielle, is a repeat of the Aug 2023 route from Horton to Settle  following the Ribble Way to Helwith Bridge where it leaves it to continue S on Austwick Rd & Stainforth Lane, picking up the Ribble Way again at Stackhouse which is followed to Settle. Although 330 ft of ascent in total there is mainly only 180 ft over half a mile as shown on the elevation profile.
