All walks are circular from Edisford Road Car Park opposite the Sports Centre

The A walk, led by Kenny, crosses Edisford Bridge and heads for Higher Hodder bridge to follow the Hodder river before turning off to go through the grounds of Stoneyhurst College. It continues on to the outskirts of Hurst Green to join the Ribble Way heading towards Winckley Hall and Lower Hodder Bridge. It leaves the Ribble Way before Great Mitton, crossing open fields to meet up with the River Ribble and return to Edisford Bridge.

The B walk, led by Brian C, follows the Ribble Way N to Chatburn to cross the Ribble. Leaving the Way, it heads to Grindleton to pick up a footpath past Greendale Mill to the minor road to West Bradford. It continues on footpaths via Brungerley and Waddow Hall then on a minor road section back to the car park.

The C route, led by Gayle, follows the Ribble Way S to Mitton Bridge, returning by footpaths to Edisford Bridge, continuing on a minor road then footpaths to cross over the Ribble on Brungerley Bridge. Options then are to follow the Ribble Way back, go through the Sculpture Trail / Nature Reserve (leaflet), or go into Clitheroe.
