The A walk is from Deepdale Bridge via Boredale Hause to Place Fell, then over the Birketts of The Knight, High Dodd and Sleet Fell to Hallin Bank and Howtown. The bridleway is then followed N then NE to The Cockpit at the northern end of High Street with an optional detour to the Wainwright Outlying Fell of Heughscar Hill before dropping down to Pooley Bridge.

The B walk starts at Hartsop, climbs to Brock Crags for the magnificent views, then on to Sartura Crag. From here the path takes us around Angle Tarn then on to the high level track passing the chasm of Dubhow Beck. On reaching Boredale Hause we descend southerly to reach the track to take us to the road leading to Hartsop. From here to Cow Bridge and into the woods up to Bridgend. Across the A592 to the lower track again, this time northwards to Side Farm (refreshments) and finally on to Glenridding.

The C walk sets out from Glenridding for Patterdale. Taking the lane past Patterdale Hall, walk up to Grisedale Valley, past both Elmhow and Crossing Plantations, cross Grisedale Beck and follow the footpath down the other side of the valley crossing Grisedale Beck again. Returning to Patterdale then Glenridding.
