The A walk is the Limestone Link from Kirby Lonsdale to Arnside

The B walk is a circular from Arnside taking in Dallam Park, Fairy Steps, Hazleslack Tower and Arnside Tower - 10 miles with 1100' of ascent although this can easily be shortened by missing out Arnside Tower.
