Sound Speed Manager (SSM) is a software application that provides the user with a streamlined workflow to perform accurate processing and management of sound speed profiles for underwater acoustic systems.

The main functionalities include: wide support of commonly-used sound speed profile formats, compatibility with various data sources, integration with common data acquisition/integration applications (e.g., Kongsberg SIS), profile enhancement based on real-time and climatologic models, database management of the collected data with built-in functionalities for analysis and visualization.

Sound Speed Manager primary interface. In this specific example, an XBT cast is imported. In the right pane, the single salinity value stored in the cast (in solid blue) is shown, but is expected to be substituted by the model-retrieved salinity (in dashed orange). This operation also triggers the recalculation of the sound speed values.

I have got 2 applications that are both using a lot of system resources. When I decrease the priority of one in Task Manager, while increasing the other, I don't notice any significant improvement in speed in the application with the higher priority.

Task Manager shows your CPU base speed is set to 4.7GHz, as you expected. The 5.5GHz is in fact the automatic overclocking (Turbo Boost, if you're using Intel); it is unlikely to last very long as it generates excessive heat. You may also see, at times when the computer is fairly idle, the current speed drop well below the base speed; on my machine (with a 4.0 GHz AMD chip, not overclocked beyond ), I've seen the current speed go anywhere from 1.6 GHz to 4.2 GHz, depending on load and CPU temperature. Intel chips do the same thing. Manual overclocking changes the base clock speed, which all dynamic over- and under-clocking is relative to, but you shouldn't expect the CPU to reliably run at the base clock speed unless you disable the dynamic frequency scaling behavior that all modern CPUs (and GPUs) have.

TL;DR

Task Manager shows invalid values when doing manual OC+Turbo boost. It actually sums up the Turbo boost gain and manual boost gain and displays the frequency that way, while in reality the turbo boosted speed clock won't go over the manually set value in any occasion.

Sorry to hear about the slow download speeds. We have had users have success with restarting the Product Manager and pausing then resuming the download. We have also had some users have download speed issues when the computer or router has antivirus/spyware that could be bottle necking the speed.

I am encoungering issues with my current Micro-Manager 2.0 nightly setup.

The setup has been built for acquiring multiple transients in cells, mainly calcium. I have setup the system for Fluo4 acquisitiions with a Sutter 721 coupled with a Photometrics Kinetix camera and it works nice at high speed (tested up to 200 fps).

In micro-manager, I have loaded the 480 nm LED settings, the camera settings and the shutter settings and I combine everything in a preset. I launch multi-D acquisition only over time and I can obtain quite reliable recordings even at high frame rates.

However, I am also setting up the protocols for Fura-2, so ratimetric in excitation, with the two LEDs at 340 nm and 385 nm. Both presets are correctly setup and loaded within a Group. When I launch multi-D acquisition, I load the two presets into multichannel acquisition (Time, Channel) to have the alternate activation of the two LEDs at high speed. For some reasons, this does not seem to work, with recording frame rates that cannot go lower than 4-5 fps due to a very slow switch between the two LEDs.

My buddy Damian and I both recently bought the Lenovo X1 Carbon Touch. It's got Intel SpeedStep technology so it changes the CPU speed dynamically based on load. These two laptops of ours are identical. However, here's Damian's Task Manager when mostly idle.

What the heck is going on? His CPU is reporting 0.60 GHz of a potential speed of 2GHz, indicating that the chip has chilled out. Mine is reporting "full speed ahead!" at a speed that it doesn't even support, 2.49GHz!

We installed CPU-Z, a low level and very smart CPU utility and got the truth. In fact, both machines are stepping down, but my Kernel is running within the Hypervisor and it's CPU speed is being reported incorrectly to Task Manager. Task Manager is showing the MAX speed, and not the real (Hyper-V virtualized) speed.

Tagging speed

View ad speed by elapsed time for different periods, including "Page navigation to tag loaded time," "Page navigation to first ad request time," and "Tag loaded to first ad request time." Measured in seconds.

That should immediately show up the windows right on hover. However I can't figure out if the animation speed is modifiable. I only tried to add AutoHideDelay value copied from dock.plist as it was the non-existent in windowmanager.plist, i just followed the casing used in windowmanager.plist.

We're trying to improve our site speed as our current speed score is 11 and noticed that we have 3 Google Tag Managers, but it seems they are "unused". We were wondering if that is part of the reason our score is so low and if 2 Google Tag Managers can be removed.

We increased our district speed last year from 100 Mbps to 1GB. I was just wondering if there is any setting in the Hive Manager or AP's that needs to be changed? We aren't getting very good speeds from our WIFI network. And some of the clients are wanting to connect to AP's far away instead of the one that's in their room.

However, it's important to note that this value may not be the current operating speed of your processor. Modern processors often have dynamic clock speed technologies like Intel's Turbo Boost or AMD's Precision Boost, which can increase the CPU's clock speed above the base speed when the system demands more processing power.

To get the most accurate and up-to-date information on your processor's speed, you should refer to the "Speed" or "Clock Speed" column in the Task Manager's "Performance" tab. This column shows the current operating speed of your CPU, which can vary depending on the load and thermal conditions.

I am implementing an app and it has a label that shows user current speed when driving in a car.I did everything to setup location manager and I have made it sure user has provided all the necessary permissions.

I have some proximities and I want to make zero speed switch logic like the pulsing of proximity give me a constant output feedback else whether constantly on or off pulse from proximity give rise to zero output feedback.

Thanks for the reply! but is there anyother way to do that in which i dont have to use excessive timer because in this i am using two timer and already there is a limit to use timers in plc. 2ndly i any zero speed switch logic FB or FC i can find in siemens in TIA or simatic manager.

The latest Scientific CMOS (sCMOS) cameras such as the AndorZyla,Hamamatsu Orca Flash 4.0, andPCO edge boastlarge format sensors and high frame rates, producing image data at up to1.1 GB/s. As of version 1.4.15,Micro-Manager has been optimized to be ableto acquire images from cameras at these high speeds. Some preparationsmust be made to be able to store images at that rate, however.

I have the same problem on two different NVR's. Any TP-LINK Cameras I try and view playback from my Windows PC, the playback is very slow. You only see one second of video every five seconds or so. Live view and everything else is working fine. My Phone app also views playback fine. I have old onviv camera that play fine, it just seems to be with the c300 or c400 cameras. I have tried to downgrade the Vigi Security manager software on my Windows PC to ver 1.1.8 but makes little to no difference. I let it auto update again to the latest version 1.2.2, still the same. My friend has the same system and he is also having the same problem.

Problem:

Multiple users around the world in different countries have incredible low download speeds, f.e. ISP Connection 120mbit, but MSFS2020 is downloading only with 1 to 20 mbit/s. The problem is there since release and is touching not only the download for the whole game or major updates, but also the ingame download through the marketplace.

Multiple users are reporting that at the same time, online speedtest and f.e Steam downloads have no problem and are giving the full download speed bandwith, so that it appears that its not a individual connection problem. Often the only thing which helps them is using a VPN and trying out different servers, sometimes even in the same country as they are located.

I managed to download the whole installation in about 2 hours with the max speed shown on some of the larger files at over 250MBps.

Subsequent updates all downloaded very quickly and in line with my expectations of a 300MBps connection.

The only thing which helps me is using a free VPN.

So for anyone who tried every step and is still suffering from download speeds like it is 2001 and doesnt want to pay for a VPN or give credit card informations: 0852c4b9a8
