Which version of quickbooks should I get? My accountant will be doing my books. My stuff will consist of work paying me, my quarterly taxes, and my credit card stuff. And me paying myself via payroll. I also need to give my accountant access to my QB
I currently have all of my items with barcodes for a mini mart entered into quickbooks. I would like to export these into an excel file and then import them into sambapos 5. Once I then have all of the items setup in samba, I would like to export my daily sales data from Samba and import it into quickbooks so that I can keep up to date with sales and inventory via quickbooks. Hope this is clear.

When I try to import Quickbooks into Turbotax Business, I keep getting the message that "No Quickbooks Desktop file had been found". The quickbooks file with the .qbw is on my desktop so I don't understand why Turbotax cannot find it. In prior years, Turbotax Business allowed you to browse your files to find the file to import, but I don't see this option this year.

Intuit what a disgrace. They have shot themselves in the foot. I have been using quickbooks desktop 25 plus years and have promoted them to my many clients. But now I have lost all trust in the company. Shambolic!
Comment Great question. I would think you can make your final year filing through an accountant/CPA that works with quickbooks. Ask if there is a cost to hold on to your file. If you have a good relationship or years using their services and maybe need to use them to file your personal taxes in the future, they might on hold to your file and be able to keep it update as needed. 0852c4b9a8
