Policy Review & Enforcement

Any individual who believes they have experienced discrimination is encouraged to report concerns to organizational leadership. All reports will be taken seriously and addressed promptly and appropriately.

Photo Release & Media Policy

TeamSwann Inc may take photographs or record video during:

• Company events
  
  

• Trainings and workshops
  
  

• Sponsored programs
  
  

• Public activities
  
  

• Community outreach initiatives
  
  

Media may be captured by TeamSwann Inc staff or authorized third-party photographers

By attending a TeamSwann Inc event or participating in our programs, you acknowledge that photography and/or video recording may occur.

Where permitted by law, participation constitutes your consent to:

• Be photographed or recorded
  
  

• Allow TeamSwann Inc to use your image, likeness, and voice
  
  

• Permit publication in print, digital, and online formats
  
  

You understand that:

• You will not receive compensation for use of such media
  
  

• TeamSwann Inc retains ownership of all media content
  
  

• Media may be used without further notice
  
  

If written consent is legally required in your jurisdiction, TeamSwann Inc will obtain it prior to use.

We respect individual preferences.

If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, you may:

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate opt-out requests. However, we cannot guarantee removal from group or crowd images taken at public events.
