Founder / Director -  Jason Swann Jr, is a dedicated coach, educator, and community leader from Frederick, MD, whose passion for sports and youth development has made a significant impact on his local community. A multi-sport athlete himself, Jason’s journey began at Gov. Thomas Johnson High School (GTJHS), and continued to pursue his athletic dreams at Alderson Broaddus University, where he further developed his football skills , leadership abilities, discipline, and perseverance—principles that he now shares with the next generation. 

Today, as both a coach and teacher, Jason is deeply committed to giving back to his community. He is especially passionate about working with young athletes, hosting free and low-cost sports clinics that offer local children an opportunity to develop their skills, learn valuable life lessons, and stay active within a supportive community. These events are not only about sports, but  growing community collaboration in Frederick County as well.
