People don't always realize the secret gem we have at the lake during the winter. As the snow pack grows in the high country our rivers and streams begin to flow. It's always a treat at the lake to be blanketed with snow. It doesn't stay long but we enjoy the beauty and fun while it stays.

As a family when it snows in the high country, we love to take the quick drive up the highway to Fish Camp (20 miles) to play in the snow. For skiing and snowboarding Badger Pass is a short 40 miles from the house.

Love the Thanksgiving snow. That was a fun treat. Christmas was brisk and fun to be with family. The December snow was fun and we had a lot of fun taking Franklin around to different parts of the lake for some snowing shots.
