As a career hospitality professional I have experienced all aspects of a hugely diverse industry. I entered the Northern Territory hospitality industry in the late 1970's and for the past 25 years I have led the Katherine Country Club as General Manager from strength to strength. During this time I have taken the club from being financially unsound and home to less than 250 members to being the industry powerhouse it is today with more than 7 million dollars in turnover and consistently ranked in the top 5 gaming venues for the Territory.
