The peer adviser is a current Ph.D. student, appointed by the department to help incoming students by providing information regarding housing and general living arrangements during their stay in Boston. Most of the communication between peer advisers and incoming students is in the form of email correspondence (e.g., you ask, I answer, or refer to the correct individual). For these matters, please contact the International Students & Scholars Office (ISSO), the main department at BU that deals with visas and immigration.

I am more than happy to help with general housing-related questions, but it is NOT the peer adviser's responsibility to find housing for you.
