Before tuning the piano must be in good working condition. If it doesn't work, I can't tune it well
Please provide noise free environment.
For the best results have the instrument tuned every 6 months or more frequently.
Any appointment cancelled less than 24 hours prior will be charged at full amount quoted for booking or minimum call out fee.
Smaller repairs can be done in your home/place, bigger repairs will require the piano to be hauled to my place near Sandgate.
We are all humans and it's great if the respect comes both ways. It is nice to be nice.
Please be aware that prior to actual repair it can take over an hour to take the piano apart and then again some time to put it back together!
