Arduino is an open-source physical computing platform designed to make experimenting with electronics more fun and intuitive. The Arduino is being programmed to flash the LED so fast that it can barley be seen that it is turning off.

The potentiometer would slow down when moving it to the right and moving it to the left will make.

This line of code is making the light change slow.

The light is changing faster then it did before.

The manual pros are that it stays on at all time and with out light and will get stronger with out it

Cons it only gets scrounger by a bit and will never turn off if needed.

Pros for auto turns off when lights on and gets stronger by a lot when it has no light

Cons it is not going to be on when there is light and the light might get to strong if there is no light.
