• Guest Editor of the Special Issue on “Analysis of Multi-temporal Remote Sensing Images” of MDPI Remote Sensing (publication expected fall 2018).
• Mentor within the IEEE GRSS “Women Mentoring Women (WMW)” Pilot Program Since 2017.
• Member of the IEEE Geoscience and Remote Sensing Society (GRSS) Symposium Awards Committee (since January 2017).

• Nominated by ESA scientific reviewer for the archive of the Mars Advanced Radar for Subsurface and Ionosphere Sounding (MARSIS) of the European Space Agency’s (ESA) Mars Express mission (since 2016).

• Founder and Unit Head of Remote Sensing for Digital Earth (RSDE) Unit at Fondazione Bruno Kessler (since July, 2013). The unit includes one post-doc member and 4 Ph.D. students.
