Choose Your Room
Our Provencal Villa includes beautiful and comfortable suites, each with its own washroom. You have a choice of double occupancy or single occupancy (only 2 1 available).
Cancellation Policy
A $1500 non-refundable deposit is required at time of registration to reserve your spot.
We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum (if we do so your deposit is refunded in full).
Any cancellation made before 27/05/2024 will result in a loss of 50% of the trip price. Any cancellation made after 27/05/2024 and the trip departure will result in a total loss of funds.
Money can be transferred to another retreat or the same retreat offered at another time within 12 months as an alternative to refund.
All cancellations must be received in writing via email.
Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans. Any medical expenses, quarantine due to COVID-19 or other cancellation costs of travel are at your own expense.

Your Flights
Please book your flight to arrive at the Marseille Provence Airport in Marseille (MRS) on June 21st before 3:00 pm, and to depart on June 27th after 3:00 pm.
Group transportation will be provided for you to and from the retreat center if you are there at the appointed times. If you arrive at other times, we can help you arrange your own taxi to the retreat center (at your expense: $60 during normal hours, otherwise $70-90).
The retreat begins in the afternoon of the 20th of June, so make sure to schedule your flight accordingly. If at all possible, don’t miss the introduction dinner and gathering on the evening of the 21st. We will be closing our retreat with a final gathering on the morning of the 27th of June, so do plan to stay for the entire experience we have prepared for you.
If you want to come earlier or stay later at the Villa, please let us know and we will do our best to coordinate your stay.
Your Airport Transportation
Transportation will be provided for you to and from the retreat center on the 21st and the 27th of June as long as you arrive at the designated times.
Our group transport to The Villa will leave the airport around 4 pm on June 21st, so please make sure your flight arrives no later than 3 pm.
After the retreat closes on June 27th, our group transport will leave for the airport around 11 am. This means your flight needs to depart no earlier than 3 pm.
If your flights are on other dates and times, airport transportation is at your own expense, but we are happy to help arrange it. A taxi ride is approximately $60 for regular hours. For rides very early in the morning or very late at night, the fee is $70-$90.
Your retreat host will be arranging the transport (via service), so please make sure to provide us with all your travel details at least two weeks before departure (preferably much earlier), so we can set it up accordingly.
COVID-19 Policy
In the event that Covid-19 protocols interfere (for example destination is under lock down), the retreat will be rescheduled for a later date when travel is possible again. If this occurs, you will have the option to transfer all of your funds towards the future retreat dates or receive a full refund.
No refund is given if the participant contracted the virus and can’t attend the retreat, in which case, travel insurance would most likely cover any losses depending on the travel insurer’s policy. It is important to confirm with the travel insurance provider that Covid-19 related issues are covered and to what extent.
If there is an International MANDATE RESTRICTING TRAVEL out or into any connecting countries associated with the outbound and inbound flights to attend the retreat or a restriction in the number of people that can gather at an event will result in the following: ALL DEPOSITS WILL BE TRANSFERRED TO A RESCHEDULED DATE FOR THE RETREAT.
