Welcome to Provence!
Provence is famous for its picturesque and diverse landscapes with blossoming lavender in the summer months.
Encompassing numerous quaint villages, expansive fields, plateaus, and reaching into the mountains, this area represents France's rich, natural landscape. The villages, some of which are incredibly tiny, typically consist of only a church, café, and restaurant. The region's remarkable abundance of produce, food, and wine has led to the emergence of the renowned "Provencal" way of life.
This "Provencal" way of life calls one to "slow down" and savour being in a more leisurely pace, moment to moment.
As summer arrives, every day in Provence becomes a vibrant celebration of the region's diverse array of fruits, vegetables, meat, cheese, bread, sweets, and locally crafted goods. In most villages, designated market days are held on specific weekdays, offering the opportunity to explore a different market each day. These markets provide an excellent chance to engage with the local community, savor the delightful produce grown in the region, and acquire delightful treats to bring back home.
WHAT am I going to experience?
You will get to wake up to the warmth of the sun rising over the French Riviera and be greeted with the aromas of a freshly prepared breakfast made by a local chef. You feel the buzz of excitement and anticipation as the group begins to share their joy with one another. You will soon feel yourself releasing much of the anxious heaviness as you relax into enjoying your new environment and pace, and learning to maintain peace, joy, and wonder in each new experience you will encounter.

As we approach the villa gates, you see the path lined with columnal cedars and feel the welcome of this inviting Provencal style maison.

Set in between the coastal waters and the Provencal countryside among its sweet scents, this villa will allow you the fusion of enjoying the welcoming privacy of the garden space while being close enough to go and explore among the local town.
Your room will the perfect backdrop to rest and rejuvenate while you soak in all that you've experienced through the day.

Day 1 - Being Present
You have arrived to Provence! Bienvenue!
It's a celebration! You have shown up in this present moment (Vous êtes apparu dans ce moment present). Moving from something just being a dream to appearing within your dream is a magical experience, so congratulations and welcome to this moment!
Today, as the adventure that lies ahead starts to unfold, we’ll hold our first gathering, and meet and greet.
As part of our intimate circle, you’ll finally get a chance to meet your new friends in person and set a clear intent for this retreat.
And in the evening during a delicious, family-style dinner, your senses will be dancing as your excitement for the adventure grows stronger. No doubt you’ll settle in for the night as you enjoy the glow from the French summer sunset.
Day 2 - Savouring the moment
You wake up to the smell of coffee brewing and the sounds of the day beginning.
You’re already excited for the day and smiling as you marvel over the beautiful breakfast spread before you.
This is the day you allow! The morning gathering will prepare you for the adventure that you are called to experience fully and take it all in with detail.
Today is where you learn experientially how to savour more fully with your palate, with beautiful foods.

Day 3- Fill your Senses
Today's theme is awe. You will explore with your childlike wonder and imagination as you immerse yourself among the the beautiful aromas of fresh lavender. You will realize that as your senses and wonder opens more and more, that you are the key to the fullness of your life experiences.
After sharing in our morning inspirational gathering, and enjoying delicious meals, we’ll journey through the countryside of Provence to spend the day touring the area and among the lavender fields...
Experience a personal photography shoot with a professional photographer, in and around the fields
Participate in an educational lavender field tour describing the history of the region and the health benefits of lavender and workshop in the middle of the lavender field!

Day 4 - C'est magnifique!
Today is a day of acceptance and abundance. It's magnificent! To get to enjoy the exceptional, the elegant, luxury, and the beautiful of what life has to offer. You will enjoy a boat voyage to sail along and tour the coast of the remarkable Calanques National Park.

Day 5 - Done with Enjoyment
Randonnée ! (To walk, tour, trek (for pleasure).)
Today you will experience the power of awareness, adventure, and agency. As we venture into unknown spaces, we will notice and feel more into the importance of grounding into the moment and mindfully choosing the way in which we want the experience to go.
Breakfast and our morning gathering and lesson.
Depart for Marseille and trail head.
The start of this hiking trail in the Calanques National Park is located near the Mont Rosé battery. This will be a through hike, point to point, with an easy rating. We will be looking out through the hills and trees toward the Mediterranean that we sailed by on the day before.
We will arrive at the Calanque de Callelongue and take in + explore the little-known seaside port.
Enjoy a post hike treat or lunch at the local restaurant La Grotte (your choice)

Day 6 - Joie de Vie
Today you will apply your power of agency (ability to choose) through adaptation and attitude. If there is anything the French are known for is their attitude towards life and living it. Their work-life balance definitely exudes that "joie- de- vie" that is key to living a life more fully.
This day is yours! You will have the option of spending the day in the city of a thousand fountains, Aix-en-Provence (market day), or creating your own agenda for the day!
We’ll share our experiences with the group before we sit down for dinner at regular gathering session time.

This is your time to share your joy and laughter, to revel in “being happy for no reason,” and to celebrate coming home to yourself.
Day 7 - Au revoir. Final day
On this last day, you’ll enjoy a beautiful morning with one last bountiful breakfast together as a family before we gather in a moment of gratitude. We'll embrace the power of fondness applied to the moments we shared in, both at a personal level, but also with one another.
We can share and journal how we have moved through accepting and appreciating where we were and what we have come from into how we can celebrate and receive more fully who it is we are and will become.
The retreat will officially close at 11 am on June 27th, and you’ll be back at the MRS airport in time for your flight anytime after 3 pm.

What is the itinerary?
We always provide a general overview of the program, leaving the details to be decided and experienced as the journey unfolds. Your trip leaders teach from life Itself, as it guides them, and that is always happening in the moment!
Depending on the group’s energy and weather, the itinerary may shift in direction. Please trust that magic will happen and that we have a wonderful journey planned for you. We look forward to a most exciting adventure together!
As a general overview, we will gather for meditation, teaching, and sharing sessions twice a day. During the day, the training also happens while experiencing the activities in the area. Most meals will be at The Villa.
I need a roommate – how do I arrange that?
If you would like to be matched with a roommate, please let us know, and we’ll do our best to pair you with someone else who is also seeking a roommate. Then you’ll have a chance to meet and get to know your fellow traveler during our pre-trip online gatherings.
In case there is no one to pair you with, your room will be considered a single, and an additional single-occupancy supplement will be added to your retreat fee.
Can I bring my kids/partner?
My answer would be, it depends.
The experiences of this retreat is meant for you individually to partake in.
If you have older or adult children that you are on a personal development journey with, and they understand that each person is responsible for doing their own personal inner work (as well as pre and post mastermind work) then you are more than welcome to join us. The same would apply for your partner. If you are both sharing in your personal development journey together as well as individually, and feel that this would be a great journey to go on as a couple, that would be great.
Do understand, that at the core of this retreat, this journey is for you, and we want you to have your own individualized, and fulfilling experience.
The retreat is an amazing experience, yes, but it’s also a deep inner journey with an invitation for profound transformation. The more focused and present you can be, the more you will get out of this opportunity.
If you feel that if you are in need of more space to focus, then we suggest that once the retreat is over, you can enjoy time in Provence with your family then. Please let us know, and we’ll be more than happy to support you with this.
I’m concerned about traveling with people I don’t know.
Your personal journey actually starts as soon as you register, and you’ll get to know everyone through the private WhatsApp/Facebook group. There, you will have plenty of time to connect with others, start building relationships, and share dreams and excitement about the upcoming trip!
On top of that, there will be two LIVE meet-and-greet sessions via Zoom before the retreat to allow you time to break the ice and meet the ones who will be joining you.
The group and the venue are intimate, and the space is private. Rest assured, this is a safe space for you to be YOU.
Do I have to participate in all of the activities?
Of course not! You are always in control of your own choices and master of your own journey.
That being said, every aspect of this journey has been selected and arranged with a greater purpose and mission in mind. It is intended to assist you in the transformation you desire, and you won’t want to miss even a step along the way.
Where do I fly into?
The most direct flight is to book your flight into the Marseille Airport (MRS), arriving Friday, June 21st, 2024 before 3:00 pm and departing June 27th, 2024 after 3:00 pm.
As long as you arrive on time, once you’ve cleared customs and are officially in Marseille, France at the airport for the appointed time, you’ll be greeted by someone from our team. From there on, you’ll be taken care of throughout your visit.
If you’re adventurous and have some time, Marseille and the surrounding area are well worth a few days’ visit. We’ll be happy to offer suggestions for your added enjoyment.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes, we’re happy to! (And I will be doing it for myself and our team as well)
Please let us know your needs at least two weeks before the retreat, and we’ll take care of you. If what you need is not available in Provence, we will let you know, and together we’ll work on finding a solution.
Please clearly state any allergies and intolerances you have, along with your dietary preferences. If you feel the list of things you can’t eat is long, we may ask you for a list of things you can eat instead.
Do I need travel insurance?
Yes, we always highly recommend travel insurance that includes trip cancellation and medical coverage. Be sure to read the fine print, as policies can differ greatly.
While you’re at it, be sure to confirm with your travel insurance provider what Covid-19-related issues are covered and to what extent.
What is the weather like?
The coastal region of south-east France is known as 'Mediterranean'. Provence in June is beautiful as the weather you can expect to find in the region has the average daily temperature around 24°C-31°C (75F-85F). During the day you will find the weather to be hot and sunny.
What do I pack?
When you start packing for this incredible adventure, plan for comfortable, casual and laid back. You will not be needing anything too dressy, so leave those beautiful stilettos and stylish tuxedos at home.
Think layers as you plan what to bring. Mornings and evenings can be cool, while the days are hot and sunny as it is summer. Dressing in layers is also a good way to protect yourself from the sun when you’re along the coast or out in the midst of lavender fields.
Since we'll be out and about doing a lot of walking, make sure to pack your walking shoes.
Once you decide to join us, we will provide a more detailed list of what to bring and what not to bring.
Can I stay longer?
By all means, enjoy this beautiful, sacred land for as long as you want!
The retreat is officially over at 11 am Central European Time on June 26th, but there are all kinds of options and possibilities at your fingertips.
If you are looking to extend your stay on either end of your trip, we are happy to offer recommendations.
Will I have access to the Internet?
Yes, you will be able to stay connected with your loved ones. Wifi is available almost everywhere, and at the Villa.
That being said, the more you can disconnect from your life back home, the better the impact of this immersive and integrative experience, so please plan to be “off the grid” as much as possible.
Are pets or animals allowed?
No, pets or animals for service are not allowed due to the sensitive nature of both with the insurance policy for the venue and the personal experience of others attending.
Will I be able to have downtime for integration and reflection?
Yes. Each day is designed both in the morning and in the evening for times of reflection (i.e. journalling) as well as to participate in the meditation and energy work that will be happening.
