I found that my garlic experiment from last month had grown small roots. It was getting colder and I separated the garlic and moved it indoors. I found that if you slice the top part off of garlic, it will sprout and produce a green stalk. I am guessing this is because it can not stay dormant when it has been severed. Leaves Fall. Mornings now mean a 42 Degrees bike ride to school. Dogwood fruit, Acorns, and Pine Needles rain from the sky. I see chipmunks and squirrels daily, bombarding the mess of crushed acorns on my street. Crickets still call every night.
