The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII) to external servers. Furthermore, no account creation or login is required to use the App, ensuring that user anonymity is completely and permanently preserved.
2. Data Handling and Storage
Local Processing: All image processing and metadata integration (such as Title, Location, and Date) are executed strictly on the user’s device (local environment).
No External Servers: The developer does not own, operate, or maintain any external servers to store or manage users' photos. All created and processed data remains exclusively on the user’s own device.
Payment Data: All transactions, billing, and subscription processing are handled exclusively and securely by Apple Inc. through the App Store. The developer does not have access to, nor does it collect or store, any of your credit card details or billing credentials.
3. Device Access Permissions
Photo Library: This permission is strictly required to allow users to select photos from their device and save the processed images back to their library.
Camera (Optional): This permission is entirely optional and is requested only if the user chooses to take a photo directly within the App to save it.
4. Children’s Privacy
The App does not knowingly collect or solicit any personal information from children under the age of 13. Since all data processing is conducted locally on the device and no data is transmitted externally, the App is entirely safe for users of all ages and fully complies with global child privacy protection laws.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While the developer strives to maintain absolute stability, the developer shall not be held liable for any loss of data, files, or metadata arising from device failure, OS updates, or unexpected software behavior. Users are solely responsible for maintaining their own regular backups of critical data, such as through iCloud.
6. Changes to This Privacy Policy
The developer reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect updates to the App or changes in legal requirements. Any modifications will be posted directly within the App or on the official website, accompanied by the revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy.
