The Roots
Husband and wife team, and proud parents Kim and Scott Melvin, fate would let them meet in the Michelin starred Maze restaurant in London by Gordon Ramsay and Jason Atherton; where they worked until a calling from Shanghai came and they went to open Table no 1 by Jason Atherton in the Waterhouse Hotel. Soon to follow was the Commune Social. Scott then opened with The Shanghai Edition with three new concepts, the Shanghai Tavern, Hiya, and Canton Disco and Kim followed suit with a new Opening Called Together. A busy 10 years in China, Shanghai. So now they bring together all those years of experience, attention to detail and creativity. they both look forward to working with you.
