Primarily designed for firefighting, the CL-125/415 was Originally designed for cargo hauling in its early design days. We use it for firefighting in the summer and in the off season its used for Cargo Hauling and SAR.
The Waco UBF-2 is used in a scouting role to see if the area is a safe place to land or not. Also yes that is the plane from Indiana Jones...
The Water Buffalo is about 1/3 the size of the Martin JRM Mars in size and is basically an amphibious Douglas DC-6 and is for Cargo only. (This is a Fictional Aircraft)
The CH-46 Sea Knight AKA The 'Frog' is our Primary Heavy lift and Back up SAR Helicopter. Our Frogs have the same special Pontoons that the CH-113 Labradour had in the RCAF SAR role!
The Sikorsky S-92 is our Primary SAR/medical Helicopter and works closely with our PBY outside of the fire season.
