Founder’s Inc. (“Founder’s Inc.,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Founder’s Inc. mobile application (the “App”).

By using Founder’s Inc., you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

Founder’s Inc. is designed to collect as little personal information as reasonably necessary to operate the game.

Game Progress and Gameplay Data

The App may store gameplay information such as:

• Founder Cash

• Savings

• Reputation

• Founder Rank

• Chapter and level progress

• Businesses started, sold, or failed

• Business results and history

• Achievements

• Minigame results and high scores

• Game settings and preferences

In the current version of Founder’s Inc., this gameplay information is primarily stored locally on your device.

We do not currently require you to create a Founder’s Inc. account to play the game.

Purchase Information

Founder’s Inc. may offer in-app purchases, including the Founder Pass.

Purchases are processed through Apple’s App Store. Founder’s Inc. does not directly receive or store your full credit card number or other payment card information.

We use RevenueCat to help manage and verify in-app purchases. RevenueCat may process certain information related to your use of the App and your purchases, which may include:

• Purchase history

• App Store transaction or receipt information

• Device type

• Operating system information

• The last time the App communicated with RevenueCat

• An app-specific user identifier or similar technical identifier

This information is used to confirm purchases, restore purchases, provide purchased features, and operate the Founder Pass.

Apple and RevenueCat process information according to their own privacy policies and terms.

Information You Provide to Us

If you contact us for support, report a bug, provide feedback, or otherwise communicate with us, we may receive information that you voluntarily provide, including:

• Your email address

• Your name, if provided

• The contents of your message

• Screenshots or screen recordings you choose to send

• Your device model or iOS version, if provided

• Information about a technical problem or gameplay issue

We use this information to respond to your request, troubleshoot problems, and improve Founder’s Inc.

Please do not send passwords, financial account information, payment card numbers, or other sensitive personal information when contacting support.

2. How We Use Information

We may use information described in this Privacy Policy to:

• Operate Founder’s Inc.

• Save and maintain game progress

• Provide gameplay features

• Verify in-app purchases

• Restore previously purchased features

• Provide Founder Pass benefits

• Respond to support requests

• Diagnose bugs and technical problems

• Improve the game and player experience

• Prevent fraud or misuse

We do not sell your personal information.

We do not use your personal information for third-party targeted advertising in the current version of Founder’s Inc.

3. Local Game Data

Much of your Founder’s Inc. game progress is stored locally on your device.

Because this information may be stored locally, deleting the App may result in the loss of locally stored game progress.

Certain purchase information may remain available through Apple or our purchase-management provider so that eligible purchases can be verified or restored.

4. In-App Purchases

All purchases made within Founder’s Inc. on iPhone are processed through Apple’s App Store.

We do not directly process your payment card.

Apple may collect and process information related to your App Store purchases according to Apple’s own privacy practices.

RevenueCat is used to help Founder’s Inc. determine whether a purchase has been successfully completed and whether purchased features should be available to a player.

5. Founder Pass

Founder’s Inc. may offer an optional one-time purchase called the Founder Pass.

Information associated with your purchase may be processed by Apple and RevenueCat for purposes such as:

• Confirming that the purchase occurred

• Maintaining access to Founder Pass benefits

• Restoring a previous purchase

• Preventing fraudulent purchases

We do not receive your full payment card information from Apple.

6. Advertising

The current Chapter I experience does not require advertising.

Founder’s Inc. may introduce advertising or optional rewarded advertising in future versions of the App.

If advertising technology is added that changes the information we collect or how information is used, this Privacy Policy will be updated as appropriate.

7. Analytics

Founder’s Inc. may introduce additional gameplay analytics in future versions to understand how players interact with the game and improve the experience.

If additional analytics services are introduced that collect information from users or devices, we will update this Privacy Policy as appropriate.

8. Third-Party Services

Founder’s Inc. relies on certain third-party services to provide portions of the App.

Current services may include:

Apple
Apple distributes the App, processes App Store purchases, and provides services related to in-app transactions.

RevenueCat
RevenueCat assists with managing, validating, and restoring in-app purchases and purchase entitlements.

These companies may process information independently under their own privacy policies and terms.

We encourage you to review the privacy policies of third-party services you use.

9. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information.

We may disclose limited information to service providers when necessary to operate Founder’s Inc., including services that assist with:

• App distribution

• Purchase processing

• Purchase verification

• Technical infrastructure

• Customer support

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, legal process, government requests, protect our rights or users, investigate fraud, or address security issues.

10. Data Retention

Locally stored gameplay data generally remains on your device until it is removed by the App, reset by the player, or deleted when the App or its data is removed.

Purchase-related information may be retained by Apple, RevenueCat, or other applicable service providers according to their respective retention policies.

If you contact us by email, we may retain that communication for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, maintain support records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or meet legal obligations.

11. Data Security

We take reasonable steps intended to protect information associated with Founder’s Inc.

However, no electronic transmission, storage system, mobile application, or internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

12. Children’s Privacy

Founder’s Inc. is not directed to children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, please contact us at  jonking17@gmail.com so we can review the situation and take appropriate action.

13. Your Choices

You may choose not to provide optional personal information to Founder’s Inc.

You may also:

• Choose not to contact us or submit optional feedback

• Manage App permissions through your iPhone settings where applicable

• Delete the App to remove locally stored gameplay information, subject to how iOS manages application data

• Contact us regarding information you have directly provided to us

If you have contacted us and would like us to delete personal information contained in your support communication, you may contact us using the email address below.

Certain information may need to be retained when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or transaction-record purposes.

14. California Privacy Information

Founder’s Inc. does not sell personal information.

If applicable law provides you with rights regarding personal information that we maintain about you, you may contact us at  jonking17@gmail.com to submit a request.

Because the current version of Founder’s Inc. does not require a player account and primarily stores gameplay progress locally, we may have little or no information that allows us to identify an individual player.

15. International Users

Founder’s Inc. is operated from the United States.

If you access the App from outside the United States, information processed through third-party providers may be processed in the United States or other countries where those providers operate.

Where required by applicable law, users may have rights regarding access, correction, deletion, restriction, or other processing of their personal information.

You may contact us to make a privacy-related request.

16. Changes to This Privacy Policy

Founder’s Inc. is expected to evolve over time.

Future versions may introduce additional chapters, accounts, analytics, advertising, multiplayer features, cloud saving, or other functionality.

If our privacy practices materially change, we may update this Privacy Policy to reflect those changes.

The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page indicates when this Privacy Policy was most recently revised.

We encourage players to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
